Overview

PourCaster is an event beverage forecasting and inventory planning tool. This early website and demo are designed to run primarily in the browser.

Information you enter

The demo may ask for event planning inputs such as city/ZIP code, event date, attendance estimates, alcohol ticket counts, historical consumed volume, and inventory counts. In the current static demo, this information is processed in your browser.

Weather lookup

When you use the weather lookup, PourCaster sends the location/date needed to resolve weather data through third-party weather/geocoding services, currently including Open-Meteo and ZIP geocoding providers.

Local storage

The demo may save templates or checkpoint data in your browser local storage so you can reload scenarios on the same device. You can clear this data through your browser settings.

No legal or compliance advice

PourCaster is a forecasting and inventory planning tool. Operators are responsible for permits, local alcohol laws, responsible service, supplier terms, venue rules, and operational decisions.
